Soziale Arbeit, Master Thesis, 2014 Die Inklusion von Gehörlosen und Menschen mit Lernschwäche am ersten Arbeitsmarkt zeigt vielfältige Bedürfnisse der Betroffenen und der (potentiellen) ArbeitgeberInnen. Die Umsetzung der UN Konvention über die Rechte von Menschen mit Behinderungen und die damit verbundenen rechtlichen Änderungen in Österreich sind Ausgangslage dieser Forschungsarbeit. Die tatsächliche Umsetzung der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention in der Praxis ist die Grundlage der Erhebungen. Repräsentativ für die Personengruppen mit physischer und kognitiver Behinderung wurden Gehörlose und Menschen mit Lernschwäche befragt. Im Zentrum des Forschungsinteresses stehen die Bedürfnisse der betroffenen Personen und der (potentiellen) ArbeitgeberInnen im Zusammenhang mit der Inklusion am ersten Arbeitsmarkt. Demnach befinden sich die Betroffenen und die (potentiellen) ArbeitgeberInnen im Mittelpunkt. Ihre persönlichen Erfahrungen, Wünsche und spezifischen Ansprüche werden dargestellt und verglichen; ebenso werden die Unterschiede herausgearbeitet. Auf Basis dieser Ergebnisse wurden Handlungsansätze für die Praxis entwickelt, welche aus einem innovativen Case Management-Ansatz, einer Chancen-Nutzen-Analyse und internationalen sowie nationalen Best-Practice- Beispielen bestehen. Die Forschungsergebnisse sollen Anregungen für die Inklusion im Sinne der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention in Österreich bieten. Am Ende dieser Forschungsarbeit wird ein Kapitel in leichter Sprache verfasst, um die wesentlichen Inhalte für alle Interessierten verständlich darzustellen. The realization of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities hence the associated legal changes in Austria, are the initial position of this research work. On the basis of the survey is the realization of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Representatively for the survey, people with physical and cognitive impediments have been questioned. The needs of humans with disorders, concerned with the employers in connection, with the inclusion of the first job market is the emphasis of this research. Therefore affected people and the potential employers are in the main focus of this case study. The result of the elaboration displays people personal experience, requests and specific requirements which are represented and compared in this paper. Thus the results are the initial stages which are developed for the practical experience. These exist of an innovative base case management, opportunity-benefit analysis along with international and national best-practice examples. The outcome of the case study shall offer suggestions for the inclusion of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Austria.
