The present research work addresses the question of how interdisciplinary collaboration within mobile palliative teams may function from the perspective of pediatric palliative care. Data was collected with the help of one guided interview and two narrative interviews. Evaluation was executed using Froschauer’s and Lueger’s system analysis. The results show that interdisciplinary collaboration works if high dosage reflection capability exists within the team, professional skills are honed and the working conditions are adjusted to the needs of team members and patients.
