o:586 Wer ? Wie ? Warum ? Kundinnen und Kunden des sozialökonomischen Betriebs Die Werkstatt. Ihre Eigenschaften und Erwartungen de St. Pölten, FH-Stg. Sozialarbeit, Dipl.-Arb., 2006 Mit dieser Arbeit werden die statistischen Eigenschaften sowie die Erwartungen der Kundinnen und Kunden des sozialökonomischen Betriebes Die Werkstatt beschrieben. Das Arbeitsmarktservice Wien finanziert diese Nonprofit Organisation seit drei Jahren, aktuell ungefähr 70% der Gesamtkosten. 30% werden mit dem Verkauf von Dienstleistungen oder Produkten an reguläre Kundinnen und Kunden erwirtschaftet. Darum ist die Kundschaft wichtig genug um untersucht zu werden. Im ersten Teil dieser Arbeit wurden existierende Daten der Kundinnen und Kunden statistisch ausgewertet. Alter, Geschlecht, Herkunft, das Alter des Fahrzeuges, durchschnittliche Ausgaben und die Unterscheidung in private oder gewerbliche Kundschaft wurden erhoben. Zusätzlich wurden bestehende persönliche Beziehungen zum Team ermittelt. Im zweiten Teil dieser Studie wurden Interviews mit Kundinnen und Kunden durchgeführt und sowohl quantitativ als auch qualitativ ausgewertet. Die Fragen waren: „Woher kennen sie Die Werkstatt?“ und „Warum kommen sie in Die Werkstatt?“ Die Ergebnisse dieser Studie sind: die Hälfte aller Kundinnen und Kunden ist dem Team persönlich bekannt und kennt Die Werkstatt aus genau diesem Grund. Ein großer Teil ist aus der Nähe des Betriebes. Der Preis spielt nur für ein Drittel der Kundinnen und Kunden eine maßgebliche Rolle. Die Werkstatt ist ein etablierter Gewerbebetrieb in der Kraftfahrzeugreparatur-Branche geworden. Die Kundschaft kommt aufgrund ihrer geographischen Nähe oder des Vertrauens in das Team von Die Werkstatt. Sie kommt nicht um den sozialen Aspekt eines Nonprofit Unternehmens zu fördern. Customers of the socio-economic enterprise The Garage. Their characteristics and expectations. This diploma thesis shows the statistically characteristics of the Customers of the socio-economic enterprise The Garage and their expectations. The Federal Employment Office of Vienna finances this nonprofit organisation since three years – actually with 70% of its total costs. 30% are gained from regular customers by selling products or services. In the first part of the paper the existing personal data of all customers are researched by quantitative methods. Age, sex, address, age of the vehicle, number of contacts and the distinction in private or business customers are evaluated statistically. Existing former relations between customers and employees have been marked additionally. In the second part of this study interviews with customers have been made and are interpreted with quantitative as well as qualitative methods. The questions were: “How did you hear first from The Garage and why did you come?” The results of the research are: half are friends, relatives or long-term clients of the employees and come for this reason, a fifth of all customers come from the district, the price only matters for a third of the customers. Conclusion: The garage has become a regular supplier at the car repair market. People come because they either live or work close to it or have personal relations to - and faith in the staff. They do not come to because they want to support the social aspect of the nonprofit organisation.
